As independents, we work for the client, aiding in the selection of the right administrative partner/platform. We help the client in this process by evaluating potential administrative providers, negotiating the service agreement, and if necessary, in replacing the provider. Having spent over 30 years leading what was then the industry’s largest nonqualified firm, Jim Clary is uniquely qualified to assist employers in evaluating and managing a nonqualified administrative provider.
